Our Recruitment Process

Our recruitment is designed to help us to learn more about you and see if DCG is a good fit for you. Each step exists for a reason so you have the best odds of success. Our application process is based on a point system to ensure fairness, diversity, and equity.

- Application Questions (5 points)
- Information Session & Casing Workshop Attendance (point values vary)
